National Mall, Sunday 21 January, on the steps of the National Air & Space Museum having just walked outside. When we'd been in transit to the Museum not a snowflake had fallen, however this is what greeted us upon our exit. The first time I'd seen snow! Perhaps the first thing that comes to mind is that snow really isn't an uncomfortable as rain. We both felt like we could walk around in it forever.
