From the Empire State Building - looking north west. On the other side of the river is New Jersy city, New Jersey state. It's amazing to think that just the water separates 2 states and 2 capital cities. Obviously not something that will ever happen in Australia, although I do hear that the town of Yarrawonga is getting bigger.
